DMCA & copyright policy

1. Our commitment

Sextress respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. Our creators own their content, and we take reports of copyright infringement seriously. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, by removing or disabling access to the material identified.

If you are a creator and your content has been copied or leaked, this page explains how to report it.

2. Submitting a copyright notice

If you are the copyright owner, or authorized to act for the owner, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact location of the material on Sextress (for example, the full URL of the page or post), with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Please note: under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. If you are unsure whether something is infringing, consider speaking to a lawyer first.

A notice that is missing required information may not be effective, and we may ask you to resend it.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where Sextress can be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We will send a copy of your counter-notification to the person who filed the original notice. If that person does not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material, typically between 10 and 14 business days after we receive your counter-notification.
